Legs	Add new legs to a trip or update existing ones.

Concepts

Schedule data is displayed in FlightRisk, but managed externally by using FlightRisk's APIs for trips and legs.

Updates to trips and legs should be sent to FlightRisk in real-time or near real-time. The most common causes of failure are related to missing or invalid users and tails, so these errors should be tracked and easily available to power users so that they can be resolved.
